Our Pastoral Team acknowledges the authority of Jesus Christ as the Supreme Power over all creation; they are shepherds over His flock. They devote themselves to fervent prayer and to the effective, truthful ministry of God's Word in order to equip every believer for the work of His Kingdom, until we've all attained maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Rev. George Robbins,
Rev. Robbins has been licensed by the United Pentecostal Church and has faithfully served in the ministry for more than 50 years along side his wife, Marsha. Before becoming the Bishop of TPOC in 2011, he served as Senior Pastor of TPOC for nearly 29 years. Bishop & Sister Robbins have two children.


Rev. Jonathan Partsch,
Senior Pastor
Rev. Partsch faithfully served at TPOC for more than 20 years before he became Senior Pastor in 2011. He is a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church who carefully unpacks the truths of Scripture so everyone can know and understand God's desire for our lives. He and his wife of 25 years, Denae, have two children.
Rev. Paul Magill,
Executive Pastor
Rev. Magill serves diligently at TPOC as a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church. He received his Associates Degree from Brevard Community College, and then a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Indiana Bible College. He and his wife of 18 years, Angela, welcomed the arrival of their first child in 2011.
